What is I choose Montréal?

Are you familiar with I choose Montréal? It’s an initiative custom developed by Montréal International, in association with Québec’s ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI), to better equip international students who want to stay in Montréal after completing their studies!

More and more international students are enrolling at universities in Greater Montréal – clinched the no.1 spot among the best student cities in the Americas and the no.4 spot in the world in 2018 by QS, and the 2nd best city for millennials in 2018 by Nestpick . According to the Bureau de coopération interuniversitaire, more than 33,000 international students have chosen Montréal for their studies in 2017, which is a 10% increase compared to the previous year.

- Immigrate: take part in information sessions on how to become a permanent resident with MIDI, on campuses and online.
